¡Vamos a Miami!

Some people call Miami the capital of Latin America in the United States; others simply call it the capital of the Americas. This modern, vibrant city has seen tremendous growth since 1960, as most of the approximately one million Cubans who fled their country decided to settle in this once sleepy southern tourist town. Today, Miami is one of the most important banking centers in the country, a true gateway for trade and business with Latin America. Read and browse these sites about Miami. Look at the maps, and find the Little Havana section and its famous Calle Ocho. Take a virtual tour of South Beach's Ocean Drive, and admire the Art Deco buildings!
